The Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District has two online surveys open and are hoping people within the district—including the City of Port Alberni—will participate.

The first survey is the Sproat Lake Active Transportation Network Plan—the second survey. This one is open until March 25 at www.letsconnectacrd.ca and asks how the ACRD can enhance active transportation in Sproat Lake. There is more information on both the Sproat Lake Community Association and the Sproat Lake Active Transportation pages.

The ACRD and the City of Port Alberni are collaborating on an accessibility committee, and both have an accessibility survey online. Share your thoughts on whether you think the Alberni Valley is accessible to everyone at www.letsconnectacrd.ca/accessibility-planning. This survey will be open until March 31.
