The Alberni Valley Hospice Society hosted their annual "Butterfly Effect" on Saturday, June 22 at 11th Avenue Park.
The event featured a barbecue by donation, popcorn cooked up by the Port Alberni Toy Run, face painting, kids' crafts and a butterfly release.
The annual event is a fundraiser for the Alberni Valley Hospice Society and Ty Watson House.
